依那普利治疗老年脑血栓患者的效果及其对内皮素-1和超氧化物歧化酶水平的影响评价

Effect of Enalapril on Elderly Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis and Its Effect on Endothelin-1 and Superoxide Dismutase Levels

目的分析依那普利治疗老年脑血栓患者的效果及其对EF-1(内皮素-1)和SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)水平的影响。方法选定该院2016年12月—2018年12月收治的老年脑血栓患者70例,以“随机数字表法”分组原则为主,分对照组(35例,临床常规治疗)、研究组(35例,在对照组基础上予以依那普利治疗),比较临床疗效、EF-1、SOD水平、NIHSS评分、不良反应。结果研究组临床总有效率(94.29%)显著比对照组(65.71%)高(χ^2=8.9286,P=0.0028<0.05)。研究组治疗后EF-1、SOD水平、NIHSS评分分别是(22.05±1.14)ng/L、(239.25±18.44)ug/L、(5.25±0.62)分,对照组治疗后分别是EF-1、SOD水平(29.85±2.64)ng/L、(182.26±12.62)ug/L、(10.82±1.64)分,研究组治疗后EF-1水平、NIHSS评分显著比对照组低,SOD水平显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(5.71%)显著比对照组(22.86%)低(=4.2000,P=0.0404<0.05)。结论依那普利可有效改善老年脑血栓呕吐、眩晕等症状,减轻神经功能受损情况,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of enalapril on elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis and its effects on the levels of EF-1 (endothelin-1) and SOD (superoxide dismutase).Methods Seventy patients with senile cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected.The principle of “random number table method” was divided into the control group (35 cases,clinical routine treatment) and study group (35 cases,enalapril was given on the basis of the control group),and the clinical efficacy,EF-1,SOD level,NIHSS score,and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate (94.29%) of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.71%),(χ^2=8.928 6,P=0.002 8 <0.05).The EF-1,SOD and NIHSS scores of the study group were (22.05±1.14) ng/L,(239.25±18.44) ug/L,(5.25±0.62),respectively,and the control group was EF-1 after treatment and the SOD level (29.85±2.64) ng/L,(182.26±12.62) ug/L,(10.82±1.64) points,the EF-1 level and NIHSS score of the study group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment,and the SOD level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (5.71%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.86%)(χ^2=4.200 0,P=0.040 4,P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril can effectively improve symptoms such as cerebral thrombosis,vomiting and dizziness in the elderly,reduce the damage of nerve function,and have fewer adverse reactions.It is worth learning.
