经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定与开放椎弓根钉内固定手术对胸腰椎骨折的治疗价值分析

Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Pedicle Screw Internal Fixation and Open Pedicle Screw Internal Fixation for Thoracolumbar Fractures

目的分析经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定与开放椎弓根钉内固定手术对胸腰椎骨折的治疗价值。方法选自该院2017年5月—2018年5月42例患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各21例,对照组实施开放椎弓根钉固定手术进行治疗,观察组实施经皮微创椎弓根钉固定手术进行治疗,观察并对比两种手术方式的治疗价值。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量(89.15±6.59)min、(113.25±16.21)mL、(27.13±3.38)mL等手术指标明显比对照组患者(90.89±7.21)min、(332.12±28.13)mL、(243.21±41.85)mL要优,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者椎体前缘高度比、椎体后凸Cobb角(93.12±5.29)%、(11.32±2.08)°和对照组患者(93.38±4.76)%、(12.25±2.49)°比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定手术治疗胸腰椎骨折患者,开放椎弓根钉内固定手术治疗效果相近,但手术指标具有明显的优势,能够有效加快患者术后康复,值得在临床中推广和应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic value of percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation and open pedicle screw internal fixation for thoracolumbar fractures.Methods 42 patients in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into observation group and control group,21 in each group.The control group was treated with open pedicle screw fixation.The observation group was treated with percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation.The therapeutic value of the two methods was observed and compared.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume (89.15±6.59)min,(113.25±16.21)mL,(27.13±3.38)mL of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (90.89±7.21)min,(332.12±28.13)mL,(243.21±41.85) mL,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Observation group of patients after fanterior flange height ratio,vertebral body convex Cobb Angle (93.12±5.29)%,(11.32±2.08)° and the control group patients (93.38±4.76)%,(12.25±2.49)°,no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw fixation for thoracolumbar fractures has similar therapeutic effect,but the operative indicators have obvious advantages.It can effectively accelerate the recovery of patients after operation.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
