治疗小儿呼吸系统反复感染的疗效分析

目的研究探讨小儿呼吸系统反复感染的治疗疗效。方法该次研究以2017年1月—2018年6月收治的80例小儿呼吸系统反复感染患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予雾化吸入治疗,抗菌,抗感染等治疗,观察组在以上治疗的基础上给予转移因子口服溶液治疗,分析转移因子口服溶液治疗的价值,并对比两组的治疗效果,复发情况,退热时间等指标。结果观察组疗效较对照组高,观察组的有效率为95.0%,对照组的为82.5%(χ^2=9.125,P=0.025);复发情况,退热时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿呼吸系统反复感染患者给予转移因子口服溶液联合基础治疗,效果较好,可以增强疗效,减少治疗所需时间,快速退热,减少复发,值得在今后的治疗中推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of repeated infections in children's respiratory system.Methods Eighty children with recurrent respiratory infections from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.The control group was given nebulized inhalation therapy,anti-infective treatment,the observation group on the basis of the above treatment to give transfer factor oral solution treatment,analysis of the value of transfer factor oral solution treatment,and compare the treatment effect,recurrence,fever time and other indicators.Results The efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,the control group was 82.5%(χ^2=9.125,P=0.025);The recurrence and fever time were lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with recurrent respiratory infection in children with transfer factor oral solution combined with basic treatment,the effect is better,can enhance the efficacy,reduce the time required for treatment,rapid fever,reduce recurrence,it is worth promoting in the future treatment.
