情感支持护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用分析

Application of Emotional Support Nursing in the Nursing of Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的研究分析情感支持护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法抽取2016年3月—2018年3月期间,该院收治的90例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,以护理方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,对照组为常规的护理方法,而观察组也在常规护理的基础上,加以情感支持护理干预,对比两组患者的血压恢复时间与治疗的总时间、生活方式健康评分及护理满意度情况。结果观察组患者的血压恢复时间与治疗的总时间分别为(10.45±2.48)d、(14.23±3.32)d,而对照组分别为(7.51±2.00)d、(11.33±2.15)d,观察组明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=1.204、1.5474,P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的生活方式评分为(10.42±1.42)分,对照组护理后的生活评分为(6.50±1.12)分,观察组明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高达95.56%,而对照组的仅为68.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.187,P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者进行常规护理的基础上加以情感支持护理干预,能够极大的帮助患者提高生活质量,更好的控制血压,值得推广与应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of emotional support nursing in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods From March 2016 to March 2018,90 elderly patients with hypertension were selected and divided into observation group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45).On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group was given emotional support nursing intervention to compare the recovery time of blood pressure,the total time of treatment,the health score of life style and the satisfaction of nursing in the two groups.Results The recovery time of blood pressure and the total time of treatment were measured in the observation group.The difference was (10.45±2.48)d,(14.23±3.32) d,while that in the control group was (7.51±2.00) d,(11.33±2.15)d.The observation group was significantly less than the control group ( t=1.204,1.547,P< 0.05).Statistical significance;The life style score after nursing in the observation group was (10.42±1.42)points,that in the control group was (6.50±1.12)points,and that in the control group which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The patients' satisfaction in the observation group was 95.56% and that in the control group was 68.89%.The difference between the two groups was significant (χ^2=5.187,P< 0.05).Conclusion on the basis of routine nursing care for elderly patients with hypertension,emotional support nursing intervention can greatly help patients to improve their quality of life and better control blood pressure,which is worth popularizing and applying.
