舒适护理模式在胆囊手术患者护理中的应用

Application of Comfortable Nursing Mode in the Nursing of Patients with Gallbladder Surgery

目的分析胆囊手术患者临床治疗期间舒适护理模式的应用效果。方法择取该院于2018年1—11月期间收治的胆囊手术患者74例,通过计算机将所有患者进行随机分组,观察组37例,对照组37例,对照组患者治疗期间被施以常规护理方案,观察组患者治疗期间被施以舒适护理方案,比对两组患者的舒适度情况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率为24.32%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为62.16%,两组数据进行对比分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度情况为97.30%,对照组患者的舒适度情况为75.68%,数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆囊手术患者施以舒适护理方案,不仅可以减少患者的并发症发生率,提高治疗安全性,还能为患者提供较好的舒适度保障,具有临床推荐使用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing mode during clinical treatment of patients with gallbladder surgery.Methods Seventy-four patients with gallbladder surgery admitted to our hospital from January to November 2018 were enrolled.All patients were randomized by computer.37 patients in the observation group and 37 patients in the control group were treated during the treatment period.A routine care program was administered,and patients in the observation group were given a comfortable care regimen during treatment,comparing the comfort of the two groups of patients with the incidence of complications.Results The complication rate of the observation group was 24.32%,and the complication rate of the control group was 62.16%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The comfort of the observation group For the 97.30%,the comfort of the control group was 75.68%,and the difference between the data groups was also statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable care for patients with gallbladder surgery can not only reduce the incidence of complications,improve the safety of treatment,but also provide patients with better comfort and clinical value.
