摘要
目的探讨远志皂苷对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠海马胰岛素受体(InsR)/胰岛素受体底物-1(IRS-1)通路的影响。方法将SD大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组和远志皂苷组(74mg/kg),采用高脂饲料喂养结合醋酸泼尼松龙灌胃建模,持续灌胃给药10周后,检测各组大鼠体质量和空腹血糖水平,以及各组海马组织胰岛素受体和胰岛素受体底物水平。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠体质量明显降低,空腹血糖明显升高,胰岛素受体和胰岛素受体底物水平明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,远志皂苷组空腹血糖明显降低,胰岛素受体和胰岛素受体底物水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论远志皂苷可能具有“降糖-益智”联动效应。
Objective To investigate the effect of polygala saponins on insulin receptor(InsR)/insulin receptor substrate-1(IRS-1) pathway in hippocampus of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods SD rats were divided into normal control group,model group and polygala saponin group(74 mg/kg). The rats were fed with high-fat diet combined with prednisolone acetate. After 10 weeks of continuous intragastric administration,the body weight and fasting blood sugar levels of rats in each group were measured,and the insulin receptor and insulin receptor substrates in hippocampus tissue of each group were measured. Results Compared with the normal control group,the body weight of the model group was significantly lower,fasting blood glucose was significantly higher,and the levels of insulin receptor and insulin receptor substrates were significantly lower (P<0.05). Compared with the model group,fasting blood glucose of the polygala saponin group was significantly lower,and the levels of insulin receptor and insulin receptor substrates were significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Polygala tenuifolia saponins may have a "hypoglycemic-intellectual" linkage effect.
