复方血栓通胶囊治疗眼底疾病临床观察

目的观察复方血栓通胶囊治疗眼底疾病的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年8月至2018年8月收治的眼底疾病患者58例,按治疗方法的不同等分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者加服复方血栓通胶囊,观察两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效优良率为93.10%,明显高于对照组的75.86%,观察组不良反应发生率为6.90%,明显低于对照组的24.14%(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊治疗眼底疾病临床疗效较好,不良反应较小。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsules in the treatment of fundus diseases. Methods Totally 58 patients with fundus diseases admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,29 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,while the patients in the observation group were given Compound Xueshuantong Capsules.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The excellent and good rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was 93.10%,which was significantly higher than 75.86% in the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.90%,which was significantly lower than 24.14% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong Capsules has better clinical efficacy and less adverse reactions in the treatment of fundus diseases.
