抗反流治疗咽异物感伴咽喉反流临床观察

目的探讨抗反流治疗咽异物感伴有咽喉反流的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年12月至2018年10月收治的咽异物感伴有咽喉反流的患者60例。采用国际随机字母表法分为试验组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者口服奥美拉唑钠肠溶片,试验组患者给予抗反流治疗。结果试验组患者总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者反流症状指数量表(RSI)及反流体征量表(RFS)评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗反流治疗咽异物感伴有咽喉反流的临床疗效较好,可有效改善咽喉反流临床症状及体征。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anti-reflux therapy for pharyngeal foreign body sensation accom? panied by pharyngeal and laryngeal reflux.Methods Totally 60 patients with pharyngeal foreign body sensation accompanied by laryngopharyngeal reflux from December 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by international random alphabet method,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Omeprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets,and the patients in the experimental group were given anti-reflux therapy. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 63.33% of the con? trol group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of RSI and RFS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Anti-reflux therapy is effective in treating pharyngeal foreign body sensation accompanied by pharyngeal reflux, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of pharyngeal reflux.
