摘要
目的探讨电子生物反馈结合针灸恢复脑卒中偏瘫患肢上肢功能肌力的临床效果。方法选取医院2018年1月至12月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组患者予以电子生物反馈法,观察组患者在此基础上加以针灸。结果观察组患者上肢功能肌力恢复效果优于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者的改良Ashworth量表评分和肱二头肌表面电幅值均显著降低,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电子生物反馈法结合针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫患肢上肢功能肌力恢复效果较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electronic biofeedback combined with acupuncture in restoring upper limb functional muscle strength of hemiplegic stroke patients.Methods Totally 78 patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with electronic biofeedback and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.Results The recovery effect of upper limb function and muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the improved Ash worth scale score and measured amplitude in the two groups were significantly lower,and the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electronic biofeedback combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a better effect on the recovery of upper limb functional muscle strength in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
