成人单纯性肾囊肿与高血压的相关性研究

目的探讨成人单纯性肾囊肿与高血压的相关性。方法选取南京鼓楼医院体检中心2014年1月至12月接受健康体检的人员2363名,筛选出单纯性肾囊肿患者,并检查其血压。结果2363名体检人员中患单纯性肾囊肿的有767例(32.5%),高血压在有囊肿与无囊肿者发生率,通过调整后的OR值为2.6(2.1~3.3)。结论单纯性肾囊肿为高血压发生的独立危险因素之一。

Objective To investigate the correlation between simple renal cyst and hypertension in adults.Methods Totally 2 363 physical examination personnels from January to December 2014 were selected from the physical examination center of Nanjing Gulou Hospital.The patients with simple renal cyst were screened out and their blood pressure was examined.Results 767 cases (32.5%) of the 2 363 physical examination personnels suffered from simple renal cysts.The incidence OR of hypertension in cysts and non-cysts was 2.6(2.1-3.3) after adjustment.Conclusion Simple renal cyst is one of the independent risk factors for hypertension.
