术后护理用于心脏微创小切口手术效果观察

目的观察术后护理应用于心脏微创小切口手术患者的疗效。方法选择医院2014年3月至2018年3月收治的心脏微创小切口手术患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予术后护理。结果观察组总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的舒张压、收缩压、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后护理用于心脏微创小切口手术,可提高疗效,减少术后并发症,改善血压及心理评分。

Objective To observe the effect of postoperative nursing in patients undergoing minimally invasive cardiac surgery. Methods Totally 50 patients who underwent minimally invasive cardiac surgery in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received post-operative nursing.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 60.00% of the control group(P<0.05),the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative nursing for minimally invasive small incision cardiac surgery can improve the curative effect,reduce complications,improve blood pressure and psychological score.
