青少年运动训练特点的探析

摘要 青少年运动训练一直是竞技体育长久发展的关键,把握好其训练手段、方法和内容对最终运动员能否取得优异成绩有重大意义。长期以来,教练员在青少年运动训练中过分注重"短平快"--迅速出成绩,而忽视了结合青少年生长发育特点制定合理的训练内容,从而导致好苗子过早陨落,最终影响我国竞技体育的可持续发展。研究得出:青少年运动训练过早专业化、高强度和形式单一的训练,阻碍运动员自然生长空间,影响其整个运动生涯的发展空间;协调技术等基础训练缺乏,导致运动员到成年时完成比赛的有效做功率不高,影响能力的有效转化,最终导致运动员成绩的不理想。 Youth sports training has always been the key to the long-term development of competitive sports. To grasp its training means, methods and contents is of great signif icance for the f inal athletes to achieve excellent results.For a long time, coaches pay too much attention to "short, f lat and fast" in youth sports training, and neglect to formulate reasonable training content according to the characteristics of youth growth and development, which leads to the premature fall of good seedlings and ultimately affects the sustainable development of competitive sports in China. It is concluded that the early specialization, high intensity and single form of youth sports training hinder the natural growth space of athletes and af fect the development space of their entire sports career;the lack of basic training such as coordination technology leads to the low effective power of athletes to complete competitions when they reach adulthood, which affects the effective transformation of their ability, and ultimately leads to the unsatisfactory performance of athletes.
