全民健身背景下广东省体育产业发展及人才培养模式研究

本文采用文献资料法、数据分析法、逻辑分析法等多种研究方法,对全民健身战略下广东省体育产业的发展及“复合型”人才培养模式进行了深入研究。研究表明在全民健身战略下的广东省体育产业发展,势必造成对“复合型”人才的大量需求,加强高校的“复合型”人才培养,优化专业机构,加强国际交流,鼓励体育专业人士跨界跨领域发展,引进优秀国外体育产业人才支持我省的体育产业建设与发展,建立体育产业人才数据平台,根据差异化,加强区域交流从而带动我省体育产业的发展。

This paper uses literature research, data analysis, logic analysis and other research methods to conduct in-depth research on the development of sports industry in Guangdong under the national f itness strategy and the "complex" talent training model. T he research s hows that the development of s ports industry in Guangdong under the national f itness strategy will inevitably lead to a large demand for "composite" talents, strengthen the "complex" talent training of colleges and universities, optimize professional institutions, strengthen international exchanges, and encourage sports professionals to cross Inter-disciplinary development, the introduction of outstanding foreign sports industry talents to support the construction and development of sports industry in our province, the establishment of sports industry talent data platform, according to differentiation, strengthen regional exchanges to promote the development of sports industry in our province.
