摘要 随着类文明的不断繁荣,生活水平的快速提高,人们开始越来越重视个人的身心健康,更加注重对身体的保养与锻炼。羽毛球运动作为一项隔网对抗的体育项目,其动作精细、战术复杂多变、对抗性强,深受人们的喜爱。经常进行羽毛球运动,可以有效促进力量、速度、灵敏、柔韧和耐力等各项身体素质的全面提高。本文从羽毛球的运动特点出发,浅谈羽毛球运动对身体素质的积极影响。 With the continuous prosperity of human civilization and the rapid improvement of living standard, people begin to pay more and more attention to the physical and mental health of individuals, and pay more attention to the maintenance and exercise of the body. Badminton, as a netting confrontation sport, has the characteristics of f ine action, complex tactics and strong adversarial, and is loved by people. However, regular badminton can effectively promote the overall improvement of strength, speed, agility, f lexibility a nd endurance. Based on the characteristics of badminton, this paper discusses the positive inf luence of badminton on physical quality.
