摘要
网球是一项有氧运动与无氧运动相结合的隔网对抗性项目。通过长时间网球训练,女大学生肺活量及有氧代谢能力显著增强,心脏机能得到有效改善,促进每次输出血液量,最终提高她们的心肺功能。长期进行网球运动,对于女大学生力量、柔韧、灵敏、耐力等身体素质提高有显著效果,有利于提高女大学生的体质健康水平。本文旨在探讨网球运动对大学生体质健康的影响,以期为高校开展网球选项课提供一定的理论依据和实践指导。
Tennis is a net-separated a ntagonistic sport which combines a erobic a nd a naerobic sports. Through longterm tennis training, female college students' vital capacity and aerobic metabolism ability are signif icantly enhanced, and their cardiac function is effectively improved, promoting the output of blood each time, and ultimately improving their cardiopulmonary function. Long-term tennis has a signif icant effect on improving the strength, f lexibility, sensitivity, endurance and other physical qualities of female college students, and is conducive to improving the physical health level of female college students. The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of tennis on College Students' physical health, in order to provide some theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of tennis optional courses in Colleges and universities.
