摘要
科学合理的营养补充对提高体育舞蹈运动员在赛中的竞技能力以及比赛后的恢复能力有积极意义。本文针对体育舞蹈运动的项目特点,结合体舞运动员在比赛过程中能源物质消耗的特点,提出对体育舞蹈运动员在赛前、赛中、赛后的营养补充方法和手段,为体育舞蹈运动员在赛中的营养消耗与补充提供理论参考。
Scientific and reasonable nutritional supplement is of positive significance to improve the athletic ability of sports dancers and their recovery ability after competition. According to the characteristics of sports dance and the characteristics of energy and material consumption of sports dancers in the training process, this paper puts forward the methods and means of nutrition supplement for sports dancers before, during, after and daily training, which can provide theoretical reference for sports dancers’ training and competition.
