产品制造工艺虚拟仿真教学平台的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为辅助设计专业学生学习产品制造工艺知识,以仿真教学形式提高该类知识的易学性。分析了现有产品制造工艺仿真教学研究的不足,总结了以功能框架为导向的仿真教学平台设计方法以及交互功能实现流程,以木家具制造工艺教学课程为例,分析了该课程的知识教学体系,设计了该课程的三大功能教学模块,采用Unity3D引擎与Playmaker可视化编程插件设计实现了该仿真教学平台的原型。开发实现了教学仿真平台。该方法与开发流程可为产品制造工艺教学仿真平台研发提供参考。 To help students of design major learn the knowledge of product manufacturing process and help them learn this kind of knowledge easily in the form of simulation teaching.The shortcomings of existing simulation teaching research on product manufacturing process were analyzed.The design method of simulation teaching platform based on functional framework and the flow of interactive function realization were summarized.Taking the course of wood furniture manufacturing process as an example,the knowledge teaching system of the course was analyzed,and three functional teaching models of the course were designed.Unity3D engine and Playmaker visual programming plug-in are used to design and implement the prototype of the simulation teaching platform.The teaching simulation platform was developed and realized.This method and development process can provide reference for the development of teaching simulation platform of product manufacturing process.
