摘要
探究共享模式在居住建筑设计中的应用,为共享住宅设计提供参考与指导。分析当代城市群体的生活现状和需求,结合共享经济的本质特征,研究出共享生活的模式,并提出对应的共享住宅的设计原则。提出“联网筛同”,“形成组团”,“共同合作”的共享生活模式,对应住宅设计提出“构件模数化与灵活化、空间私密性层级化、空间个性自主化以及空间城市化”的设计原则。解决现有的生活需求,为未来生活模式的转变提供了理论上的支撑。
To explore the application of sharing mode in residential design and provide reference and guidance for shared residential design.Analyze the current living conditions,and combine the essence of the shared economy to study the shared life pattern and the corresponding design principles of shared housing.Propose the shared life mode of“choosing groups through the Internet”,“forming groups”and“cooperating together”,and the residential design principle of"component modularization,spatial privacy hierarchy,spatial autonomy and spatial urbanization".solve the existing needs of life and provide theoretical support for the transformation of future life patterns.
