摘要
帮助我国乡村旅游更快融入如火如荼的体验经济浪潮中去,全方位提升乡村旅游的消费体验。结合马斯洛夫需求理论,梳理游客消费体验全链路流程,拆分游客体验环节,提取各个情景下游客的体验触点,对游客消费场景和影响游客体验的因素进行分类和梳理。提出游客的消费体验由“情绪感知”和“消费场景”两方面构成,构建出层次式多维消费体验模型。帮助乡村旅游产业更快融入体验经济时代,为今后乡村旅游产业的设计与发展提供新的思路。
It help that country in our country to integrate more quickly into the tide of experience,and to fully enhance the consumption experience of rural tourism.Combined with maslov's demand theory,the whole link process of tourists'consumption experience is sorted out,the link of tourists'experience is broken down,the touch points of tourists'experience under various scenarios are extracted,and the consumption scenes of tourists and the factors influencing their experience are classified and sorted out.It is proposed that the consumption experience of tourists is composed of"emotional perception"and"consumption scene",and a hierarchical multi-dimensional consumption experience model is constructed.It helps the rural tourism industry to integrate into the era of experience economy faster and provides new ideas for the design and development of the rural tourism industry in the future.
