超声诊断早孕胎膜后出血在先兆流产中的价值

摘要 目的探讨超声诊断早孕胎膜后出血在先兆流产中的价值。方法选取医院收治的产检超声检查诊断早孕胎膜后出血患者70例,根据胎膜后出血程度分为轻度组(28例)、中度组(25例)和重度组(17例),均行超声检查,观察并记录保胎效果及妊娠结局。结果轻度组保胎成功28例(100.00%),中度组保胎成功20例(80.00%),重度组保胎成功9例(52.94%),组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);保胎成功患者先兆流产及妊娠结局发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声诊断早孕胎膜后出血在先兆流产中应用价值显著,能提高保胎效果,改善妊娠结局,具有较高的临床推广价值。
