摘要 以原位聚合法制备了有机-无机杂化高分子絮凝剂PAM-A1(OH)3-PDMDAAC,并考察了该杂化高分子絮凝剂对印染废水的处理效果。结果表明,优化的制备条件为:单体配比AM:A1(OH)3:DM=70:2:28、反应温度40℃、反应时间6 h、引发剂02%;将制备的杂化高分子絮凝剂用于处理分散染料的废水脱色,脱色率达98%, COD去除率达83%;与纯PAM和复配型PAM/Al(OH)3/PDMDAAC相比,杂化型高分子絮凝剂表现出优良的絮凝效果。 The organic-inorganic hybrid polymer flocculant PAM-AI(OH)3-PDMDAAC is prepared by in-situ polymerization. The treatment effect of the hybrid polymer flocculant on printing and dyeing wastewater is investigated. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:AM : AI(OH)3: DM= 70:2:28, temperature 40 °C, reaction time 6 h and initiator 0.2%. The decolorization rate and COD removal rate of dyeing wastewater treated by hybrid polymer flocculant are 98% and 83%. Compared with PAM and the mixture of PAM/AI(OH)/PDMDAAC, hybrid polymer flocculant shows the best flocculation effect.
