摘要 海洋平台结构焊接一般执行AWS D1.1标准,设计要求大厚板结构(>50 mm)进行焊后热处理。标准中焊后热处理的条款由于缺乏条款释义或注释阐述,理解与执行起来千差万别。文章结合焊后热处理的作用与机制,对AWS D1.1标准中焊后热处理条款进行了分析、探讨,认为焊后热处理的时间范围与温度范围由相应标准或技术文件规定,焊接工艺评定(PQR)中焊后热处理时间t的评定上限为t÷0.8,而评定下限未予约束,符合相应标准或技术文件的规定即可。 In general, the welding of offshore platform structure is in accordance with AWS D1.1 Code. And PWHT is required for heavy thickness plate structure as per the technical requirement of detailed design specification. Due to the lack of any paraphrase or clause interpretation, it varies largely in different projects in implementing the clauses of AWS D1. 1 relative to PWHT. Based on the reviewing of PWHT function and mechanism, it is analyzed and discussed that the PWHT clauses of AWS D1.1 in the article, and get the inclusions as follow: PWTH temperature range and time range will be given by relative codes or technical documents, the upper limit of PWHT time range qualified by PQR is t divided by 0.8, and the lower limit is not specified with the only requirement of complying with relative codes or technical documents.
