摘要
为探讨不同浓度镉(Cd)胁迫对不同烟草品种生长发育及生理生化指标的影响,以‘吉烟九号’、‘吉烟十号’和‘延晒六号’3个烟草品种为材料,采用盆栽法,分别测定不同烟草品种对Cd的生理响应。结果表明:Cd胁迫对烟草生长表现为"低促高抑",3个烟草品种中‘延晒六号’对Cd胁迫最敏感;Cd胁迫下,叶绿素含量、CAT活性和SOD活性随着Cd浓度的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,POD活性、MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量随着Cd浓度的增加而增加;Cd在烟草植株中的富集量均随Cd浓度的增加而升高,3个烟草品种中,‘延晒六号’对Cd的富集能力最强。
Three tobacco varieties including ‘Jiyan 9’,‘Jiyan10 ’ and ‘Yanshai 6’ were selected to study the effects of cadmium(Cd) stress on their physiological responses.The results showed that Cd stress showed "low promotion and high inhibition" on tobacco growth and ‘Yanshai 6’was the most sensitive to Cd stress among the three tobacco varieties.With the increase of Cd concentration,the chlorophyll content and activity of CAT and SOD increased firstly followed by a decrease.POD activity,MDA content and Pro content increased with the increase of Cd concentration.In conclusion,‘Yanshai 6’ had the strongest ability to enrich Cd among these three tobacco varieties.
