海洋石油降解菌的筛选及环境适应性评价

摘要 通过液体培养和油平板划线分离的方法,从青岛胶州湾受石油污染的海水中筛选到一株可以降解石油的海洋细菌oil 2-3,该菌株对石油的降解效率达到88.73%。16S rDNA基因序列BLAST对比结果表明该菌株为海旋菌Thalassospira sp,该菌株对石油浓度的耐受量超过20 g/L,最适pH为7~10,在盐度0.5‰~35‰的环境中可生长并降解石油。该菌株具有良好的石油降解性能及环境适应性,可用于海上溢油的生物修复。 A strain of oil degrading bacteria was isolated from Qingdao oil polluted marine by liquid culture ond streaking oil plate. The crude oil degradation rate of oil 2-3 was 88.73%. The strain of oil 2-3 was identified as Thalassospira sp. based on the blast sequence analysis of 16 S rDNA and its morphological features. The strain of oil 2-3 could multiply and degrade oil with the oil concentration of up to or higher than 20 g/L and the salinity range of 5‰~35‰. The optimal pH range was 7~10. This strain of bacteria had good performance in oil degrading and environmental adaption, and could be applied into bioremediation of oil spill.
