摘要
针对现有长水口在使用过程中出现的密封不严、黏结脆化问题,通过更换高耐火度原料,添加膨胀材料和碳质粉末,进行了密封圈的成分优化,并通过生产试验验证了密封效果,证明新型密封圈可以大幅度降低钢水的铝损。
Aiming at the problems of improper sealing and brittle bonding of existing long nozzle,the composition of sealing rings is optimized by replacing with high refractoriness raw materials and adding expansive materials and carbon powder. Industrial tests have been carried out in several steelmaking plants. It has been proved that the new sealing ring can reduce the aluminum loss of molten steel.
