摘要
通过分析影响高碳45号钢板坯角部横裂的钢水成分、结晶器锥度和冷却、设备对中精度、二冷水工艺等因素,提出了改善板坯角部横裂的有效措施,45号钢种板坯角横裂发生率由原来的8.61%降低到0.51%,角横裂得到有效控制。
Based on the analysis of the components of molten steel,the taper and cooling of mold,the accuracy of the equipment and the technological factors of secondary cooling water,the effective measures to improve the transverse corner cracks of No.45 steel are put forward,the rate of transverse corner cracks of No. 45 steel billet decreased from 8.61% to 0.51%,and the transverse corner cracks were effectively controlled.
