摘要
连铸生产中,钢水在中间包内存在不同程度的热损失,特别是对通钢量小,浇注时间长的生产工艺中体现尤为明显。电磁感应加热技术为目前作为外部热源是维持钢水温度稳定、保证中间包冶金效果的重要手段之一。结合中间包电磁感应加热技术的原理和实际生产应用做一个总结、分析和研究。
In continuous casting production,there are different extents of heat loss of molten steel in tundish,especially in the production process of small flux and long pouring time. Electromagnetic induction heating is one of the most important method to maintain the temperature stability of molten steel and ensure the metallurgical effect of tundish as an external heat source.This paper summarizes,analyzes and studies the principle and practical application of electromagnetic induction heating technology in tundish.
