含泡沫金属夹层的自冲铆接头力学性能研究

摘要 为研究含不同泡沫金属夹层的自冲铆接头的力学性能,在自冲铆接头中加入厚度相同的泡沫镍和泡沫铁镍夹层。对接头进行拉伸-剪切试验、电镜扫描和能谱分析,讨论影响自冲铆接头力学性能的各种因素。结果表明:泡沫金属夹层的加入可以影响SPR接头的内锁效果,对SPR接头的成形质量起到了积极的作用。加入泡沫铁镍的接头有效提高了峰值载荷,而泡沫镍夹层的加入可增加接头的最大破坏位移和能量吸收值。 The influence of different metallic foam inter-layer on the mechanical properties of SPR joints was investigated. The nickel and iron-nickel foams with same thickness were added in the joints as inter-layers. The tensile-shear test, SEM and EDX experiments were employed to discuss the influence. The results shows that the addition of metallic foam inter-layers can effectively affect the mechanical lock inside of SPR joint, and it can play a positive role in the forming quality of SPR joint. Sheets with iron-nickel foam inter-layers increase the peak load of the joints, and nickel foam inter-layers increase the maximum failure displacement and the energy absorption value.
