铁道建筑行业高价值专利组合培育工作研究

Cultivation Analysis of High Value Patent Portfolio in Railway Engineering Construction Industry

随着近年来国家相关政策的积极引导,我国专利申请受理量自2011年起连续6年位居世界首位。但在快速增长的专利数量背后,专利整体上“多而不优”的问题较为突出。铁道建筑行业是我国基础设施建设领域的重要组成部分,同样存在高价值专利组合数量不足、缺乏合理化布局、未能充分转化运营等问题。在此基础上,理清行业专利质量现状及存在的主要问题,并充分结合企业专利战略目标需求,对高价值专利组合培育工作提出建议并形成可复制、可推广的工作体系是亟待解决的问题。

With the positive guidance of national policies in recent years, the amount of patent application in China has ranked first in national world heritage for 6 years since 2011. But under the cover of rapid growth of the patent, the problem, which is described as " the quantity is large but the quality is not excellent ”,is becoming more and more significant. The railway construction industry is an important part of infrastructure construction in our country, the problems such as 44 lack of high value patents portfolioM , u immature experience in patent layout strategy" and 44 extremely low portion of patent operationM exist at the same time. On the basis of clarifying the status quo and existential questions in patent quality and fully integrating enterprise patent strategy and the problems stated above, the author puts forward replicable and scalable proposals to push forward the cultivation of high value patent portfolio, which is an urgent problem to he solved.
