铁路营业线跨河多孔桥梁改建施工技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着国家水利基础设施建设不断推进,与河道相互交叉的既有铁路桥梁结构难以满足拓浚需要。如何在确保铁路行车安全的前提下降低行车干扰、减轻防汛压力、控制工程投资,对营业线跨河多孔桥梁进行改建成为亟需解决的技术难题。本文结合新长铁路丁溪河中桥拓浚防护改建工程实例,提出将三孔简支T梁结构改建成顶进式框架桥的施工方案,阐述了墩台加固、便梁支墩设置、T梁拆除、连续五组D型便梁架设及监测等关键技术要点并得到了成功应用,为今后类似工程提供参考。 With the continuous advancement of national water infrastructure construction, the existing railway bridge structure intersecting with rivers is difficult to meet the needs of dredging. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of railway operation, how to reduce traffic interference, reduce flood control pressure, control project investment, and rebuild the river-crossing multi-span bridge on railway operating line? It is an urgent technical problem to be solved. Combining with the example of the extension and dredging protection renovation project of Dingxi River Middle Bridge on Xinchang Railway, this author put forward the construction plan of transforming the three-hole simple T-beam structure into frame bridges, and expounded the key technical points of pier and abutment reinforcement, auxiliary girder pier setting, T-beam dismantling, continuous five groups of D-type auxiliary girder erection and monitoring, which had been successfully applied, and would have extensive reference value for similar projects in the future.
