摘要 本文以重庆火车北站综合交通枢纽工程中多层不等跨连续预应力混凝土框架梁预应力施工设计与监测为背景,通过试验及数值分析,结合多层不等跨连续预应力框架的结构特点,得出了其受力特征和预应力的分布规律,制定了一套防止在预应力张拉后造成框架柱变形及板起拱开裂的施工方法和工艺措施,解决了多层不等跨连续预应力混凝土框架梁预应力施工技术控制的难题,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。 In this paper, taking the construction design and monitoring of continuous prestressed concrete frame beam with multi-layer and unequal-span in the integrated transportation hub project of Chongqingbei Railway Station, the stress characteristics and prestress distribution law of continuous prestressed concrete frame beam with multi-layer and unequal-span were obtained by means of test and numerical analysis and combined with the structural characteristics of the prestressed frame beam. In addition, a set of construction methods and technological measures to prevent frame column deformation and plate arch cracking after tensioning were formulated, which solved the problem of construction technology control for the continuous prestressed concrete frame beam. It could be served as a reference for the construction of similar projects.
