The Development Trend and Inner Mechanism of Specialty Groups in Applied Colleges

应用型本科院校与学术研究型大学在人才培养、科学研究与社会服务定位上有明显区别,导致专业群建设的形成基础、标志和建设内容有较大差异。目前,应用型本科院校专业群建设存在着专业设置落后于产业发展需求、专业结构与经济社会人才需求结构不符、社会需求专业与学生和学生家长认同专业不符、实践教学设施及内涵建设任务艰巨等问题。应用型本科院校专业群建设要强化专业发展定位、特色和内涵建设,围绕产业链、职业岗位群、职业平台基础课程构建专业群,加强师资队伍、课程建设、教学管理、校企合作等改革,使院校的长期生存和发展具有可靠保证。

There are obvious differences in talent training, scientific research and social service between application-oriented universities and academic research universities, which lead to great differences in the foundation, signs and contents of specialty group construction. At present, there are some problems in the construction of specialty groups in applied colleges, such as the lagging of specialty settings behind industrial development, the inconsistency between specialty structure and the structure of economic and social talent demand, the inconsistency between specialty of social needs and the recognition of specialty by students and their parents, and the arduous task of practical teaching facilities and connotation construction. The construction of specialty groups in application-oriented universities should strengthen the orientation, characteristics and connotation construction of specialty groups , build the specialty groups around the industrial chain, vocational post groups and basic courses of vocational platforms, and strengthen the reform of teachers, curriculum construction, teaching management and school-enterprise cooperation, so as to ensure the long-term survival and development of colleges and universities.
