贵州省社区戒毒工作存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Community-based Drug Rehabilitation of Guizhou Province

社区戒毒强调对吸毒人员的人性化管理和人文关怀,对于帮助吸毒人员戒除依赖、顺利回归社会起到了促进作用,并取得了良好的社会成效。但是社区发展的滞后性和各地区经济发展的不均衡,加上民族、历史、文化等存在差异,贵州省社区戒毒工作也面临诸多问题和挑战,制约了禁毒工作的深入开展,也影响到社会的和谐稳定。针对贵州省社区戒毒工作中存在的诸多问题,应从转变社区戒毒的认识理念入手,发挥家庭在社区戒毒中的积极作用,通过增加经费投入、加强对吸毒人员的管控等多样化的对策,帮助戒毒人员实现心理康复,促使其早日回归社会。

The community-based drug rehabilitation, which emphasizes humanized management on and humanistic care for drug users, has achieved good results in rehabilitating drug users and helping them smoothly return to society. However, owing to the lagging development of community and the imbalanced economic development in many areas, as well as the ethnical, historical, and cultural differences, the community-based drug rehabilitation in Guizhou Province is facing many problems and challenges, which have restricted the in-depth development of drug control work and affected the social harmony and stability. In order to solve the problems in community-based rehabilitation work of Guizhou, we should change the ideas about community-based drug rehabilitation, give play to families' positive role in community-based drug rehabilitation, and try to help the drug users' psychological rehabilitation and return to the society by increasing funding, strengthening the control of drug users, and other measures.
