新招录政策下入警学员心理情况调查分析

摘要 新招录政策实施后,公安院校学生成为公安队伍的主要人才来源。采用核心自我评价量表、青少年时间管理倾向量表和青少年学业情绪量表对某院警校生进行调查。通过设置实验组和对照组,对警校生的核心自我评价、时间管理倾向、学业情绪等因素进行分析,掌握警校生与学业绩效相关心理特质的现状,为新招录政策的效果予以初步回应。 After the implementation of the new police recruitment policy, the students of police colleges have become the main resource of police force. Employing the core self-evaluation scale, the adolescence time-management disposition scale, and the adolescence academic emotion scale, we conduct an investigation on students of a police college, and set up experimental groups and matched groups to analyze their core self-evaluation, time management disposition, academic emotion, and other factors. With these efforts, we attempt to grasp police college students' psychological traits related to academic performance, and make initial responses to the effect of the new police recruitment policy.
