放射与超声专业医师的核医学住院医师规范化培训实践

Practice of Standardized Training for Nuclear Medicine Residents of Radiology and Ultrasound Specialty Physicians

目的探讨放射与超声专业住院医师在核医学基地规范化培训时存在的问题及可行的整改方案,评估整改效果,提高教学质量。方法纳入2012年1月-2018年12月放射与超声专业住院医师轮转核医学基地培训127人分为2组,其中2012年1月-2014年12月的52人归入未整改组,2015年1月-2018年12月的75人归入整改组。对于整改组践行一系列整改方案,并以出科考核为评价标准,分析学生在整改前后学习质量的差异。结果住院医师的理论笔试和读片技能考试成绩未整改组为88分和90分,整改组均为92分,优于未整改组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001,P=0.000)。结论相应整改措施已经取得实效,在一定程度上提高了住院医师规范化培训质量。

Objective To explore the problems of standardized training of radiology and ultrasound residents in nuclear medicine department and the feasible rectification plan, to evaluate the rectification effect and to improve the teaching quality. Methods On the premise of summarizing the problems existing in the previous rotation in nuclear medicine base of Radiology and ultrasound residents, Residents who rotate in nuclear medicine were divided into two groups. Among them, 52 residents who rotate from January 2012 to December 2014 were placed in unreformed group, and 75 residents who rotate from January 2015 to December 2018 were placed in reformed group.For the residents in reformed group, practise all kinds of feasible reform measures. Take the graduation examination as the evaluation criterion, analyze the differences of students’ learning quality of the two groups. Results After the implementation of the reform measures, the resident’s theoretical written test and reading skill scores improved significantly, with statistical difference(P = 0.001, P = 0.000). Conclusions Corresponding rectification measures had achieved actual results, and to a certain extent, the quality of standardized resident training had been improved.
