在新的历史方位,全面建设马克思主义理论学科本硕博一体化人才培养体系,既是加强思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的客观要求,又是创新马克思主义理论学科人才培养模式的实现路径。与新时代事业发展的要求相比,当前的马克思主义理论学科人才培养还存在许多不适应、不符合的问题。全面建设一流马克思主义理论学科本硕博一体化人才培养体系应从全局、战略的高度深化认识,在贯通式选拔、全学科培养、理论与实践研修上全面发力,深化创新。

In the new historical position, the all-round construction of integrated talents cultivation system in the discipline of Marxist theories throughout undergraduates, master and doctoral education, is the objective demand for strengthening the teaching staff of ideological and political theory courses and implementing path for innovating on talents cultivation modes of Marxist Theories as well. Compared with the career development requirements of the new era, there are still many incommensurate and incongruent problems in talents cultivation of Marxist theories. To realize the all-round construction of integrated talents cultivation system in the discipline of Marxist theories throughout undergraduates, master and doctoral Education, we should deepen the understanding from overall and strategic height, make full efforts on thorough selection, full-subjects cultivation, research and studies of theory and practice, and deepen innovation as well.
