The Certain Parctial Significance of Xi Jinping's Important Exposition on the Chinese Spirit

虽然中国共产党历代中央领导集体十分重视对在革命、建设和改革形成的民族精神和时代精神的提炼和升华,但把中国精神作为一个特定概念,是在党的十八大以后明确提出的,习近平不仅明确提出了中国精神的概念,而且不断丰富和充实中国精神的内涵,在当代中国,中国精神具有特定的内涵。应从中国精神的核心内涵和延展内涵两个层面来理解中国精神的内涵,采取"守一望多"的策略去理解习近平关于中国精神的重要论述。中国精神对提振当代中国人的精神状态,构筑中国道路的精神支撑,调动中国力量的内在源泉,提供世界发展的中国智慧具有重要的现实意义。

Although the leader team of the Communist Party of China have always attached great importance to the refinement and sublimation of the national spirit and the spirit of the times formed in the time of revolution, construction and reform and opening up, the Chinese spirit has been a specific and clear concept since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The President Xi Jinping not only explicitly puts forward the concept of the Chinese spirit, but also constantly enriches and fulfills the connotation of the Chinese spirit. In contemporary China, the Chinese spirit now has a specific connotation. We should understand the connotation of the Chinese spirit from two aspects: the aspect of core connotation and the aspect of extension connotation. This paper adopts a strategy of "keeping one eye on more" to understand the President Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the Chinese spirit. The Chinese spirit is of great value to the times in boosting the spiritual state of the contemporary Chinese people, building the spiritual support of the Chinese road, mobilizing the internal source of China’s power and providing the Chinese wisdom for world development.
