《河南省既有农房能效提升技术导则(试行)》编制解读

Interpretation of the Compilation of the Technical Guidelines for Improving Energy Efficiency in Existing Agricultural Houses in Henan Province(Trial)

为了贯彻落实冬季清洁取暖决策部署,适应建筑节能的需要,由河南省建筑科学研究院有限公司负责主编的河南省清洁取暖系列技术导则《河南省既有农房能效提升技术导则(试行)》预建[2018]72号于2018年5月正式实施。该导则主要包括:总则、术语、基本规定、节能诊断、能效提升方案、工程验收评估等内容,旨在为河南省既有农村建筑能效提升和执行该标准提供一些指导和帮助。

In order to implement the winter clean heating decision-making and deployment and adapt to the need of building energy conservation,the Henan Provincial Institute of Architecture and Science Research Co.,Ltd.is responsible for editing the technical guidelines of the Henan Provincial Clean Heating Series "Guidelines on Energy Efficiency Improvement Technology for Existing Agricultural Houses in Henan Province(Trial)".Pre-construction[ 2018] 72 was formally implemented in May 2018.The guidelines mainly include:general principles,terms,basic regulations,energy conservation diagnosis,energy efficiency improvement plans,and project acceptance assessment.They provide some guidance and assistance for the improvement of energy efficiency in existing rural buildings in Henan Province and the implementation of the standard.
