高层办公建筑垂直交通系统优化设计研究

Research on Optimal Design of Vertical Transportation System for the High-rise Office Project

本文以某高层办公建筑为例,采用电梯性能模拟分析软件对该建筑的电梯系统进行运力的模拟分析,提出最优化的电梯运行策略,指导电梯设计及运营,优化资源配置。研究成果对中高层及超高层建筑垂直交通系统的资源优化配置及运行方案制定提供参考案例。

Taking a high-rise office building as an example, the simulation analysis software on elevator performance is used to simulate the lift capacity of the building, and the optimal operation strategy is put forward to guide the elevator design and operation, and to optimize the resource allocation. The results of this study provide a reference case for optimizing the resource allocation and operation scheme of the vertical transportation system in middle and high-rise buildings.
