摘要 结核病是威胁人类健康的重要公共卫生问题之一,疫情形势严峻,预防与治疗存在较大挑战。经典调节血脂的药物他汀类兼有抗炎、免疫调节和抑制病原菌等作用,其在结核病预防和治疗中的作用尚处于探索阶段。
