《2016中国心肺复苏专家共识》凸显的中国心肺复苏(CPR)生存环,即心搏骤停前期预防、预识、预警的"三预"方针,心搏骤停中期标准化、多元化、个体化的"三化"方法,心搏骤停后期复生、超生、延生的"三生"方略,是对CPR本质规律认识的中国智慧。把握CPR的要点和精髓,因地制宜、因人而异、因病而为地运用标准化、多元化、个体化方法是复苏成功的关键。中国研究型医院学会心肺复苏学专业委员会组织相关领域专家,从心搏骤停患者实际出发,结合实地环境,通过临床实践特颁布《〈中国心肺复苏专家共识〉之腹部提压心肺复苏操作指南》,详细介绍了腹部提压心肺复苏(AACD-CPR)临床操作的标准化、多元化、个体化方法,为临床开展AACD-CPR技术提供指导性参考标准。

The 2016 National consensus on cardiopulmonary resuscitation in China highlights the survival circle of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The cycle of survival covers three periods, pre-arrest phase, intra-arrest phase and post-resuscitation phase on cardiac arrest. In the pre-arrest phase,"three-prevention" policies should be adopted, which are precaution, pre-warning and early identification. During intra-arrest phase, CPR should be carried out with "three-ways" strategies, which are standardization, diversification and individuation. The "three lives" general plans should be considered during the post-resuscitation phase, which are demutation, transcending and extension. The consensus is a Chinese wisdom to understand the essential law of CPR. The key to the success of resuscitation is to grasp "three-ways" according to individual conditions. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Specialized Committee of Chinese Research Hospital Association organized experts in relevant fields to promulgate Chinese expert consensus on cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines for the operation of active abdominal compression-decompression cardiopulmonary resuscitation through clinical practice, starting from the actual situation of patients with cardiac arrest and combining with the field environment. The standardized, diversified and individualized methods of clinical operation of active abdominal compression-decompression CPR (AACD-CPR) are introduced in detail. It will serve as a guideline for clinical application of AACD-CPR.
