The theoretical logic of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion on the energy revolution

摘要 作为最大的能源消费国、煤炭消费国、石油进口国,中国能源清洁、低碳、安全、高效发展面临着巨大的挑战。同时,中国能源发展对全球能源变革、全球能源与气候治理也有重要的影响。十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视能源问题,特别是习近平总书记关于能源革命的重要论述为中国特色能源发展道路指明了方向,是习近平总书记系列重要讲话和党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略的重要组成部分。从能源革命重要论述的时代背景、能源革命重要论述的根本出发点、能源革命重要论述与五大发展理念之间的关系、能源革命重要论述"四个革命,一个合作"之间的内在关系4个方面,论述了能源革命重要论述的理论逻辑。 As the largest energy consumer, coal consumer, and oil importer, China's energy clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient development faces enormous challenges. At the same time, China's energy development also has an important impact on global energy change, global energy and climate governance. Since the 18th National Congress, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the energy issue. In particular, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the energy revolution has pointed out the direction for the development of energy with Chinese characteristics. It is an important part of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches and the new ideas and strategies of the Party Central Committee in governing the country and politics. This paper was based on the background of the important discussion of the energy revolution, the fundamental starting point of the important discussion of the energy revolution, the relationship between the important discussion of the energy revolution and the five development concepts, and the internal relationship between the four revolutions and the cooperation of the energy revolution, the theoretical logic of the important discussion of the energy revolution was discussed.
