美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗风湿性心脏病换瓣术后频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效及安全性观察

Clinical efficacy and safety of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction after rheumatic heart disease

目的观察美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗风湿性心脏病(RHD)换瓣术后频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年1月-2018年2月医院心内科治疗的RHD换瓣术后频发室性期前收缩患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗,对照组给予参松养心胶囊联合稳心颗粒治疗,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后左心室内径情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.105,P<0.05)。治疗前2组左心室内径比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组左心室内径均减小,且观察组小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为14.00%低于对照组的36.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.907,P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗RHD换瓣术后频发室性期前收缩效果较好,能够有效改善患者症状,且安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction after rheumatic heart disease(RHD).Methods 100 patients with frequent ventricular premature contraction after RHD valve replacement from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases).The observation group was treated with metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules,the control group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule and Wenxin granule,the clinical efficacy,left ventricular diameter and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%) was higher than that of the control group(86.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.105,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in left ventricular diameter between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the left ventricular diameter decreased in both groups,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(14.00%) was lower than that in the control group(36.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=12.907,P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules in the treatment of RHD after valve replacement has a better effect on ventricular premature contraction,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,and it is safe and reliable.
