可视化宣教缓解初产妇焦虑的效果观察

Effect observation of visual education on relieving anxiety of primipara

目的观察原创的可视化宣教缓解初产妇焦虑的效果。方法选择医院2016年3月-2017年3月进行产前检查及分娩的初产妇100例,随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。对照组产妇接受常规宣教,干预组除常规宣教外,还进行分娩的可视化宣教。在孕37周及产后3 d时采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别对2组孕产妇进行焦虑评定。结果干预组的初产妇孕37周及产后3 d,SAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原创的可视化宣教能有效缓解初产妇的焦虑,有利于初产妇的顺利分娩及恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of original visual education on relieving anxiety of primipara.Methods 100 cases of primiparas who were routinely undergoing prenatal examination and delivery were selected in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2017.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases each.The pregnant women in control group received regular missions.In addition to regular missions,intervention group also conducted visual education for childbirth.The anxiety assessment was performed of two groups at 37 weeks of gestation and 3 days after delivery using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Results At 37 weeks of pregnancy and 3 days after delivery,the SAS scores of the primiparas of intervention group were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The original visual education can effectively relieve the anxiety of primipara and is beneficial to the smooth delivery and recovery of primipara.
