在全球治理中,中国的世界大国角色与弱势人权话语权很不协调,如何构建适应世界大国角色的中国人权话语体系成为亟待解决的问题。我国的人权话语体系应有诸多自身的特点,要以贯通古今、融合中西、理论联系实践的路径来建构中国人权话语体系。中国人权话语体系的内容也将是十分丰富多彩的。中国传统文化中包含了人权的重要因素,儒家思想已成为国际道德共识的重要基础,张彭春代表中国为构建国际人权保护体系做出了历史贡献,现实中我国人权保护制度的建设也取得了令世人瞩目的成就。这些都将是我国人权话语体系构建的核心篇章,在全球治理中为我国争取人权话语权和主导权应发挥重要的作用。

In international relations, it is not coordinated between China’s role of a world big power and weak human rights discourse, and how to construct a Chinese discourse system of human rights adapted to the role of the world big power has become an urgent problem to be solved. The construction of the human rights discourse system in China has its own characteristics, and in order to construct the Chinese discourse system of human rights, the approaches should be adopted to understand thoroughly both the past and the present, both the Chinese and the Western and integration of theory with practice. The content of the Chinese discourse system of human rights is also very rich and colorful. Many important human rights factors embodied in the traditional Chinese culture and Confucianism have become an important basis of the international consensus in morality.
