摘要 切割揉碎装置设计的合理性是影响秸秆切割揉碎打捆机切割质量、工作性能和整机平衡性的主要因素。通过对切割揉碎装置粉碎刀的密度及其排列方式的研究,利用Solid Works Simulation分析软件对粉碎刀和刀轴进行了仿真分析,获得了粉碎刀的最大应力为20. 7 MPa,粉碎刀对秸秆的切削具有足够的强度支撑,根据获得的刀轴模态振型图,可知刀轴实际工作中的转速远低于其最低临界转速,满足实际工作的需求。 Design rationality of cutting and crumbing device is a main factor affecting cutting quality,working performance and balance of straw cutting and kneading and bundling machine. Through research on density and arrangement of crushing cutter of cutting and crumbing device,simulation analysis of crushing cutter and cutter shaft by using SolidWorks Simulation analysis software,maximum stress of crushing cutter was got with 20. 7 MPa,showed that crushing cutter has enough strength to support cutting of straw,modal vibration diagrams of cutter shaft were also got,that showed that actual working speed of cutter shaft is much lower than its minimum critical speed,which could meet needs of practical work.
