居家辅助腹膜透析管理模式的研究进展

Research progress in home-based assisted Peritoneal Dialysis

居家辅助腹膜透析(Peritoneal Dialysis, PD)是一种由家庭成员、社区护士或其他人员为无自理能力或自理能力不足的患者在家提供换液操作以及其他PD相关护理的治疗方式。近年来,居家辅助PD作为应对老年终末期肾脏疾病患者PD治疗需求的服务模式已受到极大的关注,本文将对此PD模式及其临床应用成效进行文献回顾,并结合研究现状提出展望,以期为老年PD患者的居家护理提供借鉴和参考。

Home-based assisted Peritoneal Dialysis is defined as peritoneal dialysis performed at home with the assistance of a family member, a community-based nurse or others for patients with self-care difficulties. At present, considerable attention has been attached to home-based peritoneal dialysis as a dialysis modality to cope with the needs of elderly patients with End-Stage Renal Diseases. This paper reviews and analyzes the modality and clinical effectiveness of assisted Peritoneal Dialysis. Some suggestions are provided for future studies.
