摘要
本文介绍了照顾负担的概念及老年髋部骨折患者家庭照顾者的负担情况,并对老年髋部骨折患者家庭照顾者负担的影响因素及干预措施进行了综述,提出完善干预措施对减轻此类患者照顾者负担的必要性。
This paper introduced the definition of the caregivers' burden as well as the burden of caring elder patients with hip fracture. Besides, influencing factors and interventions on family caregivers of elder patients with hip fracture were reviewed and the necessity to improve caring interventions in order to reduce the burden of family caregivers were put forward.
