摘要 基于红外辐射测温原理,提出利用红外比色测温技术检测电站锅炉炉内温度,研究并推导锅炉温度场重建算法,设计开发了1套基于红外测温的电站锅炉温度检测和二维温度场重建系统,并将系统应用于电厂锅炉从而验证了系统的实时性以及准确性。该系统可应用于高效脱硝,燃烧优化等领域,使发电过程实现更精确化控制。 Based on the infrared radiation temperature measurement principle, this paper proposes to use infrared temperature measurement technology to detect the temperature inside the boiler of power plant. Research and derive the boiler temperature field reconstruction algorithm, a set of power plant boiler temperature detection and temperature field reconstruction system based on infrared radiation temperature measurement was designed and developed. The real-time and accuracy of the system is verified by applying the system to the boiler of power plant. The system can be applied to high-efficiency denitration, combustion optimization and other fields to achieve more precise control of the power generation process.
