摘要
如何对机体容量反应性进行精确地评估,一直是临床研究的热点。由于静态指标的不准确性和有创性,动态指标受到广泛关注,但各动态指标具有其各自的适用范围且大多数动态指标适用于机械通气下容量反应性的评估。随着医学领域的发展,无创、便于使用的超声测量指标及自体容量负荷试验引起的动态指标的研究最热。现将各动态指标的相关研究结果进行综述,以期为临床液体治疗提供参考。
Accurate evaluation of fluid responsiveness in the body has been a hot topic in clinical researches. Dynamic indexes are widely concerned due to the inaccuracy and innovation of static indexes. However, each dynamic index has its own scope of application and most of the dynamic indicators are applicable to the evaluation of capacity reactivity under mechanical ventilation. With the development of medicine, the research of non-invasive and easy to use ultrasonic measurement index and dynamic index caused by autologous volume load test is the hottest. This paper reviews the relevant research of various dynamic indicators so as to provide reference for clinical liquid therapy.
